‘User is not in Allocation’

This icon is displayed on any event This is corrected by adding the affected user to the appropriate allocation under budgets/bids inside the ‘Projects’ tab.

‘No Allocation Added’

This is corrected by selecting the ‘Allocation’ dropdown in the event and selecting the appropriate allocation. If no allocation is visible, the user must first be added to the project, then added to the appropriate allocation.

‘No Task’

This icon simply lets the user know that their event is not tied to a task.

‘Unlabeled warning’

This icon is displayed on any task that has scheduled hours that go over the estimated hours.

‘Required Field’

This icon is displayed on any fields where data is required to submit or complete the action.

‘Information’

Hover over this icon to see more information.

‘File Icon’

This icon is used in the ‘Breakdown’ section of the bids module. It symbolizes a file or document. Users can hover over this icon to get a brief overview of all time entries associated with a given task. They can also click on a file icon to get a more detailed overview of that task log.
